James Liu is certified and licensed with the CMRAO (Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario) and having a RCM designation from ACMO and has experiences in managing industrial, commercial and residential properties. Having previously worked in construction of new homes, he has over a decade and a half of experience in both the physical building knowledge and management side of property management. In his years of condominium management, he has experiences in dealing with Tarion for new buildings, solar panel projects, performance audits, retrofit and submetering projects for reducing utility costs and major replacement projects. Also under his belt, he has experience in turning around troubled properties and understands that it takes constant proper attention for your property and that each property is unique. He believes in building relationships with owners and providing sound property management.

Wen Li is trained and skilled in the accounting field, having more than 25 years of extensive experience in all facets of accounting and auditing. For the last previous 10 years, he's a veteran in condominium auditing. He brings to our accounting team his experience and expertise in preparing accurate financial statements that will help keep audit fees low for our clients. He deeply understands the commitment, effort and close attention that our clients expect.

Sebastian Cheung comes from being a branch manager at a major financial insitution, which has won awards for customer service. He brings with him the management skills and experiences, which will add to our pool of talent, both in Corporate structuring and most importantly, Customer service. He has started his path with the property manager's certification.
